This is just a reminder that the Democrats are yet again putting forward the most anti-gun trio of statewide candidates in our state’s history.
Governor Gretchen Whitmer, Attorney General Dana Nessel, and Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson have all made it clear that they hold gun owners in contempt and will stop at nothing to pass New York-style gun bans, universal gun registration, “Red Flag” gun confiscation laws, and more.
And as we saw with the Benson/Nessel attempt to ban lawful open carry at polling places back in 2020, they’ll also throw the rule of law out the window to advance their radical agenda.
Let’s not forget that the “independent redistricting commission gerrymandered new legislative maps that favor Democrats, giving them a decent shot of taking complete control in Lansing in this fall’s election.
